The fabric is more along the lines of a heavy tshirt fabric, than sweatshirt fabric. But it is a nice heavy tshirt fabric. It's not flimsy. Seems to me to be solidly constructed, nothing was loosely sewn or unfinished.

I did turn the cuffs up half a turn, because I like my sweatshirt/tshirts loose and oversized as a rule.
I'm packing some extra pounds, mainly around the middle, so I ordered the biggest size. I would not have wanted it smaller..... it fit just right for what I wanted, except a little 'huggy' around the belly, but that is me, not the shirt, and it wasn't horrible, I just needed to blouse it up a bit.... I generally buy a size 18 or even 20 and purchased 3X in this and was fine.

If any of you remember the old tshirt shops, where they'd press on a design of your choice? That is what the design is done like..... so I'd advise washing it inside out and not using high heat, just in case.

It's really cute, and it's comfy! It was one of my favorite fall shirts this year!!
